Draft wording shown for layout. Have a solicitor review before publishing to ensure these terms are appropriate for your business.
1. About us
Bulkly is operated by Thames C&C Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 05323039, VAT GB 853 342 726). Registered office: Unit 6 Commerce Park, 19 Commerce Way, Croydon, CR0 4YL, United Kingdom. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age to purchase restricted products in your jurisdiction) to use this website. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms. You must comply with all applicable UK laws when purchasing age-restricted products such as alcohol.
3. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Product images and descriptions are for illustration — packaging may vary according to manufacturer updates.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system or human error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund before dispatch.
4. Orders & payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email or dispatch your goods — whichever comes first. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, we suspect fraud, or delivery cannot be made to the address provided.
Payment is taken securely at checkout via our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers. Trade customers may be offered invoice payment by prior arrangement.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are shown at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping & delivery policy for full details.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute of equal or greater value, a partial refund, or cancellation of the affected line. We will not substitute alcohol or age-restricted products without your explicit consent.
6. Returns & refunds
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. See our Refunds & returns policy for full details.
Report damaged, faulty or incorrect goods within 24–48 hours of delivery. Unopened, resaleable goods may be returned within 14 days where applicable. Return postage may apply unless the item is faulty or we supplied the wrong product.
7. Website use & liability
You must not use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or copy content without permission, or place fraudulent orders. All website content, branding and product photography are owned by Thames C&C Ltd or used under licence.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time — the version published on this page with the date shown above applies to your use of the website and any orders placed after that date.
