1. Overview
Bulkly operates a bulk-buy, low-margin delivery model across the UK.
We aim to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
• Mainland United Kingdom
• Selected postcode areas only (restrictions may apply)
We do not deliver to:
• Northern Ireland (some items restricted)
• Channel Islands
• Remote or offshore locations
3. Delivery Options & Charges
🚚 Standard Delivery (UK Mainland)
• Delivery time: 1–10 working days
• Cost:
o FREE on orders over £100
o £7.50 for orders below £100
⚡ Express / Priority Delivery (Where Available)
• Delivery time: Next working day
• Additional charges apply
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed:
• Within 24–72 hours (working days only)
• Orders placed after cutoff time will be processed next working day
⚠️ During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
5. Bulk & Pallet Deliveries
For large or bulk orders:
• Delivery may take 2–5 working days
• Delivered via pallet networks or specialist couriers
• Kerbside delivery only (driver will not unpack)
Customer must:
• Ensure access for large vehicles
• Be available to receive goods
6. Courier Partners
We work with trusted UK couriers including:
• Royal Mail
• Evri
• Pallet and logistics partners (depending on order size)
7. Delivery Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate delivery details
• Ensure someone is available to receive goods
• Check items upon delivery
We are not responsible for:
• Failed delivery due to incorrect address
• Missed deliveries
• Safe place instructions
8. Delivery Issues & Claims
Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours:
• Missing items
• Damaged goods
• Incorrect delivery
Provide:
• Order number
• Photos/videos
• Description of issue
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim rejection
9. Risk & Ownership
Goods become the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
If left in a safe place or with a neighbour, delivery is considered complete.
10. Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Courier issues
• Weather conditions
• High demand periods
• External disruptions
We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays beyond our control.
11. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Charges
If delivery fails due to customer fault:
• Re-delivery charges may apply
• Orders may be returned to us
• Refunds (if any) will exclude original shipping cost
12. Restricted & Age-Verified Items
For age-restricted products (e.g. alcohol):
• Valid ID may be required upon delivery
• Delivery may be refused if age verification fails
Compliance aligned with UK licensing laws and AWRS requirements.
13. Split Deliveries
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on:
• Product availability
• Warehouse location
No additional delivery charge will apply for split shipments.
